Electronic and electrical products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery unless a product page states otherwise. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and excludes accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair and normal wear. To claim, email us your order number, a description and photos or video of the fault. We'll repair, replace or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected
